About AMAG Technology

David Sullivan is the CEO and President of AMAG Technology. Previously, Sullivan served as the President, ACRE Americas. Sullivan joined the ACRE family in 2017 as the Vice President of Global Sales, he most recently served as the President of ACRE’s international businesses which include Vanderbilt International and ComNet Europe. Sullivan was a part of the founding management team of HID Global and has over 36 years of experience in the security industry. He has held senior leadership positions with HID, Ingersoll Rand and SDI, and has also served as the president of an animal ID manufacturer, Destron Fearing. Sullivan is originally from the USA and has over twelve years of executive leadership roles in Europe, having been based in both England and Ireland. Sullivan has over 15 years of executive leadership experience in North, Central and South America.

As the Executive Vice President of Business Technology Paul Edwards is responsible for establishing and leading the company’s business technology vision and strategies. He joined AMAG in 1996 and over the years has worked in various technical and management roles across IT and Engineering. Paul is passionate about delivering solutions not just within AMAG but also for AMAG customers that are simple to use, improve efficiencies, are secure and fit for purpose.

Kyle Gordon is the Executive Vice President, Revenue, Customer Experience and leads all commercial functions of the AMAG Technology organization. Kyle began his career at STANLEY Security and worked his way up through regional and national sales roles. Starting in 2013, he held two leadership sales roles focused on education. In 2016, he became the VP of Business Development, Commercial Strategy for Stanley’s parent company, Stanley Black and Decker, Inc. He was promoted to Global Commercial Transformation Leader and then VP, Sales and Marketing for STANLEY Security. When Stanley was acquired by Securitas and formed Securitas Technology, he led the US sales team for their enterprise and regional channels as Senior Vice President – Enterprise and Regional Sales.

Jennifer Marx is the Executive Vice President of Product Management at AMAG Technology where she is responsible for the Symmetry Solution Suite product strategy to deliver successful business and customer outcomes. Prior to joining AMAG Technology, Jennifer was the Vice President of Product at the AI startup Synthetaic, where she led their product development through series B funding. She also spent over 10 years at Johnson Controls in several areas of the business, including leading the Program Management Office for the access control and video product lines post merger with Tyco Security products. She is an accomplished leader with a passion for developing people, teams, and relationships to innovate customer impactful product solutions.

Peter Romanov is the Executive Vice President of Global Operations for AMAG Technology. Peter is passionate about fostering a culture of operational excellence that focuses on delivering world class products, service and quality within customer service, supply chain and manufacturing. He began his career with ASSA Abloy where he became managing director. He also held management positions at Niscayah and Allegion. Most recently he ran his own consultant firm.

Annamarie Burke is the Chief Technology Officer of AMAG Technology. With more than 35 years of engineering and technology leadership experience, she is responsible for the company’s global engineering teams, technology strategy, and innovation.  Annamarie holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. She began her career at Motorola Solutions, where she spent 23 years leading the development of secure, mission-critical two-way radio products and platforms. She has led global engineering organizations across hardware, firmware, application software, IT, and cybersecurity. Most recently, she was the CTO at SCRAM Systems building high-performing engineering teams and aligning technology strategy with business growth. She is passionate about developing secure, innovative technologies that protect people, assets, and operations.

Jeff Lassiter is the Chief Financial Officer of AMAG Technology, responsible for the company’s global finance function including financial planning and analysis, accounting, product pricing strategy, cost structure accountability, and strategic M&A support across AMAG’s operations in the United Kingdom and United States. Prior to joining AMAG, Lassiter served as CFO of Silvus Technologies, where he supported the company’s growth through its $5B acquisition by Motorola Solutions in 2025. He has held CFO roles at several private equity-backed technology, defense, and services companies through multiple successful exits, including SolAero Technologies, Integral Aerospace, Alliance SpaceSystems, and 4Wall Entertainment. Lassiter holds an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from USC, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UCLA.
