Announcing the release of Symmetry Access Control V9.12, delivering smarter alarm management and improved system performance. This latest update introduces alarm routing to User Roles and User Accounts while still supporting routing to individual Symmetry clients, giving you greater flexibility and control over how alarms are viewed and managed.
Symmetry 9.12 also features a new messaging system that minimizes performance overhead by reducing reliance on SQL database lookups for alarm data. With this release, alarm processing has been reimagined: User Roles, Clients, and User Accounts now “subscribe” to alarms based on customizable day/time windows defined in a Routing Profile, enabling more efficient and tailored alarm delivery.
