Site Support Agreement (SSA)
SSAs help keep a Symmetry™ system up-to-date, within technical guidelines and ensure top-tier technical support. Customers will have access to skilled technical and project management resources to assist in the planning, deployment, service and maintenance of their Symmetry System.
Technical Support
We recommend contacting your integrator or the technical support line for the best results. Technical Support is available from 8:30 am GMT - 1:00 am GMT the next day Monday - Friday excluding UK/US Bank holidays. Free and chargeable services are available to certified resellers. Emergency support during off-hours is available for our customers with Platinum SSAs.
