AMAG Technology™ Announces New Partner Portal
AMAG Technology is excited to announce the launch of a brand-new Partner Portal. The new platform provides one place for all customers to access important resources such as registering for Symmetry software, accessing the Learning Management System, datasheets, price lists and technical documentation. Partners can view the Portal on their mobile devices so it is easy to access while at a customer site.
AMAG Technology customers can request a login at https://portal.amag.com/. Access to the site will be granted within 24-48 hours. The link is also available on www.amag.com.

AMAG Technology Announces Symmetry GUEST Visitor Management Tutorial Library
AMAG Technology is excited to announce that it has developed a library of Symmetry GUEST video tutorials for integrators and end users. The short videos teach everything from the initial setup of Symmetry GUEST to adding a new system user, running reports, and configuring the Visitor Welcome. Please visit the Symmetry GUEST playlist on our YouTube channel to watch. We will continue to add videos, so check back often!
Security Engineering Symposium 2024 is a Wrap
AMAG Technology hosted its annual Security Engineering Symposium on May 17 – 19, 2024, in Orlando, Florida, at the beautiful Rosen Shingle Creek Resort. The intimate event included end users, integrators, and consultants. Attendees participated in two days of roundtable discussions with senior leadership, our strategic integration partners, and a Google Wallet expert.
Salient Systems, Wavelynx and Zenitel sponsored the event and delivered excellent thought leadership presentations.

AMAG Technology Exhibits at The Security Event
AMAG Technology exhibited at The Security Event in Birmingham, UK, from April 30 to May 2, 2024. The stand featured Symmetry Wallet with Google and Apple, Symmetry Control Room Command and Control, and lively discussions about AMAG Technology’s new strategic direction. We hosted a VIP customer dinner and enjoyed networking at the stunning Orelle restaurant.

Microsoft® Security Updates & Symmetry Systems Requirements
The Microsoft® Security Update statements are available on the Partner website. Go to Technical Bulletins/Microsoft Security Updates and look for the May 2024 versions. Microsoft Security Updates are available for:
- v8.x
- v9.x
- Hosted Systems
These updates document the Microsoft patches that have been evaluated against supported Windows and Server platforms for Symmetry versions v8.x, v9.x and hosted systems. We are no longer updating the V7.0.1 patch testing due to Microsoft withdrawing free OS support.
